What Makes Us So Fab?

There are several things about the way I make my boutique bling clothing that far sets them apart from anything you buy at the mall, or even in a boutique. First and most importantly, my boutique bling clothing is completely and totally made by hand. I do NOT use pre-made transfers. Each and every Swarovski crystal is placed one a time, by these little hands. The main reason I do it this way is because I think every girl deserves to have her own one-of-a-kind special shirt or outfit. This way you get to choose not only what style and color shirt your design goes on, you get to decide what color crystals you want too. Here is a great example: I had a client who has two daughters and is pregnant with her third daughter. She could have gone to the mall and bought the exact same “big sister” shirt that everyone else has, but she wanted something special for her girls. The oldest daughter's favorite color is blue, the middle daughter's favorite color is pink, and of course the daughter in her belly really didn't have any preferred colors yet :) So she decided to have black tank tops made for the two older girls- one that said “big sis” in blue Swarovski crystals, and one that said “mid sis” in pink Swarovski crystals. For the new baby she chose a black onesie that said “lil sis”. To further tie all of their shirts together, I used all three of those crystal colors in my signature crystal daisies around their necklines. I can pretty much guarantee their mom will keep those shirts for the rest of their lives, they were so beautiful and so meaningful. Try having something like that made at the mall, or made by someone who uses transfers. Another super fabulous thing about my bling shirts is that I ONLY use Swarovski crystals. The brilliance and bling-factor of Swarovski crystals is unbeatable! It is true that Swarovski crystals are more expensive than rhinestones or acrylics, and that is why my shirts are not cheap. If you pay 25 dollars for a bling shirt, trust me, you are NOT getting Swarovski crystals, and after a spin or two in the washing machine, you'll see why an extra ten dollars for a shirt makes such a huge difference. I also only use super-stylish American Apparel or Alternative Apparel clothing. If you haven't noticed yet, I'm a huge snob about the clothing I make, and I will only put my designs on fabulous clothing! One more thing about working with Firedaughter Clothing for your custom boutique bling, is that you're working with the designer one-on-one. There are some boutiques where you can order a custom shirt, but you are placing your order through a third-party, and much can get lost in translation. When you order anything through Firedaughter Clothing, you are communicating straight to the designer, to ensure that everything is as you want it to be. Also because of my handmade method, I do not wholesale any of my boutique bling- I make nothing in bulk and can therefore afford to sell nothing to boutiques at wholesale prices. Therefore you pay MY price, not the boutique price I would have to charge you if I also sold to boutiques. That is a big deal. I am so fiercely proud of my work and put an almost ridiculous amount of love and attention into each and every piece of clothing I make. This is my art, and I take it very seriously.
