Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy: All in-stock items are shipped within 7 days of placing your order. If your item is out-of-stock, you will be notified, and given an estimated ship date, usually within 2 weeks. We ship the old fashioned way: The United States Postal Service (keepin' it public sector y'all!). We ship using Priority Mail, which is delivered in 2-3 days, and we receive a delivery confirmation. Shipping this way keeps the rate low for you- you pay only a $5 flat fee, regardless of how many items you order. We have found Priority Mail to be flawlessly reliable. Return Policy: Returns are accepted for a full refund minus shipping charges within 7 days of shipment. Exchanges are happily made within 14 days of shipment. Customer pays shipping charges. Customized items are not returnable or exchangeable. All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, in perfect condition with the tags still attached in their original positions. To return or exchange an item, you must receive a return/exchange authorization number. To receive one, please e-mail returns@firedaughterclothing.com with your name, the item you are returning/exchanging, and the reason why, and you will receive a return e-mail with the authorization number. None of this really matters because you will not want to return any of your Firedaughter Clothing- it's too cute!!
